From the Doctor Who episode New Earth (which BBC3 repeated tonight). This photo is when the Doctor is talking about the "lab rats" and is quite a strong photo of David Tennant.(If you listen to the commentary on the BBC site then DT points out that his hair is much shorter in this scene (and photo) as it was filmed later than the scenes around it!)
